$500 - shared townhouse

LOCATION: Yonge and 16th Ave (Carrville), right behind the Hillcrest Mall. Steps to gym, school, 2 swimming pools, park... 5 min walk to Yonge. Grocery shopping, walk-in clinic, drug store are available on the other side of Yonge.
TENANT(S): We are looking for one working female (35-50), or family of 2 working people, to share newly renovated townhouse (we are 2 owners). Tenant(s) should be responcible and clean, as we will share bathroom/laundry/other amenities, and cooperative in keeping the house in good order. Prefer someone who does not have a car, however, parking can be arranged if needed.
LANDLORDS: we are 2 easy going working people, smoking (not in the house though), do not mind of having smoking tenants. We respect tenants' privacy as our own.
BEDROOM: located on 2nd floor, faced to the quiet backyard. Shared amenities: bathroom (2nd floor), kitchen, laundry, living room and backyard. We have BBQ and outdoor furniture, tenants can use it as well. Hydro and tv cable are included in rent, internet can be arranged if needed.
RENT: First and last month deposit are a must (for single tenant monthly rent will be $500, for family - $800)
